Here's what you need to know for the upcoming elections
The upcoming WRC elections are for 3 positions.
Dates
Here are the important dates for the upcoming election.
- January: Jan 16 - Election at clubhouse 5:30 PM
- Bringing your vote? MUST be there BEFORE 6PM
- Mailing vote? Mail by Jan 11 to give time.
Ballot Process READ: Important
The instructions for the ballot are confusing, so here is some clarity
- Check the 3 candidates on the ballot (or download) and do not make any other marks.
- Then fold ballot and insert into the small envelope and do not mark
- Insert small envelope into return mail envelope and add your return name, address, signature on the outside of the mailing envelope.
- Mailing: Add Stamp and send to Don Asher by Jan 11 to make sure it gets there on time.
- Day of: Bring signed envelope to election by 6pm latest to put into Ballot Box
- Hand off: Won't be at election? Mail or Hand to neighbor to drop off on election day.
Proxy Quorum!
READ: Important Update!
If you cannot be present, you MUST fill out this Quorum Proxy Form and assign to someone who can be present on your behalf. This will allow us to have a QUORUM to handle other matters.
On your ballot, you may only pick up to 3, so pick from the 3 below (Adrian, Kevin, Chris)

Each of our new candidates has real world experience planning and negotiating, working with others and managing people, budgets, and deadlines. They are all experienced in the business world solving problems that have financial consequences. They are used to being held accountable for their effort. They all believe the board needs to be courteous and professional as well as transparent and responsive.
